There are 3 types of dimensions which we commonly find in our day to day lives. In our day to day lives, we can see the effect of the 3 types of dimensions but we do not have proper knowledge or know-how of the effect of the fourth dimension. There are many impossible things that can be made possible and many limitations that can be overcome if we have the fourth dimension. To understand the theory of the fourth dimension we should have a detailed know-how about what are the three dimensions.
The first dimension works on the principle whereby an object moves only in one direction. The perfect example of this is drawing a straight line. When a straight line is drawn, the movement is only in one direction and two straight lines differ only in terms of their length.
The second dimension works on the principle whereby, the object can be moved in two different directions that is the length and breadth. Therefore, two objects can be differentiated by their two measuring units for example, according to their length and their breadth.
In the third dimension, it is possible for an object to move in three different directions, that is the length, breadth and height. Therefore, the objects can be easily differentiated in three measuring units.
The fourth dimension works on the principle whereby the object can be moved in all the four directions. The mathematicians explain the fourth dimension as an abstract concept that has no relevant theories. The fourth dimension is in effect a Euclidean space. The physical structure of the human body does not enable us to follow the fourth dimension which propagates a body to pass through a concrete wall.
Four dimensional cinema theaters are the latest advancement in technology which gives a very stimulating and fun filled experience to the audience. For example, the audience is spellbound when a spray of water flashes over their face when there is a storm shown on the screen, and when smoke envelops them when there is a building collapsing on the screen.
