Brand new technology really are prompting a vigorous discussion regarding the desirability to balance privacy and protection. Innovative solutions provide phone GPS location, smartphone event log data and send it to a web private account. If that seems incredible, think about the fact that you can change the mobile phone into a remote listening device by sending messages to remotely control the phone microphone, turn it on, and listen to the mobile phone surroundings. Think that is astounding or mind-boggling consider that you can also Intercept Calls and surreptitiously tap into mobile phone calls and monitor conversations.

Spy phone software is often offered for sale to catch cheating wives and husbands, but other reasonable uses include Parental Control supervision precisely how youth are using their, cell phones - such as the serious sexting pandemic - and for staff monitoring for training, industry regulatory compliance and ediscovery, among a wide variety of other purposes. Smartphones are the cell phones with computer-like capabilities. Brands such as BlackBerry, iPhone, Windows Mobile, Android, Nokia Symbian all have spyware software for sale. Millions of smartphones a month are sold in the US and Canada, and sales are approaching one hundred and fifty million sold per year worldwide.

The need for solutions is underscored by studies published by The National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy that indicates that about 20% of teens (ages 13-19) and a hard to fathom 33% of young adults (ages 20-26) have shared nude or semi-nude pictures of themselves either via cell phone text messaging or by posting on the web. Teen girls are slightly more likely to do this than boys and a very distressing 11% of the young teen girls (ages 13-16) admitted to sending inappropriate photos of themselves. A report from The Nielsen Company (Nielsen, the same people that do TV research) and the Pew Research Center indicate several factors that are troubling to parents and guardians. These problems also are an opportunity for solution developers. There is growth in the number of teenagers that use cell phones, the amount of SMS text messaging they do, and more troubling the percentage of young adults that are involved in sexting, the sending of potentially illegal sexual explicit images or text messages from cell phones. As texting from cell phones has become an attraction in youth social life, parents, educators and advocates have grown increasingly worried about the role of cell phones in the sexual lives of teenagers. A new survey from the Pew Research Center Internet and American Life Project (pewinternet.org/topics/Teens.aspx) concluded that 4% of cell phone using teenagers ages 12-17 indicate they have sent sexually suggestive nude or nearly nude images or videos of themselves to other people via text messaging. This activity is commonly known as ?sexting? in the current vernacular. Additionally, fifteen percent say they have received such images of somebody they already know via SMS.

According to research from marketing research firm The Nielsen Company (blog.nielsen.com/nielsenwire/online_mobile/under-aged-texting-usage-and-actual-cost/) American young people transmit an inconceivable average of 10 SMS texts every hour that they are not in school or sleeping ? and most likely a lot during class too. By studying more than forty thousand monthly US mobile cellular bills, Nielsen found that American teenagers sent an average of an inconceivable 3,100 texts each month through the third quarter 2009. Pew Research points out that sexting occurs usually during one of three typical scenarios: The 1st, involves trades of images solely between two romantic partners; another, lists exchanges between partners that are then shared outside the relationship; followed by, exchanges between those who are not yet in a relationship, but where often one person hopes to be. Teens were interviewed and gave researchers a variety of reasons behind the motivation to get involved with sexting. These included the researchers interpretation that sexually suggestive pictures had turned into a form of relationship currency, that sexting images are shared as part of or instead of sexual activity, and that SMS text message sexting is a way of establishing a relationship. Confidential images are also passed along to friends for their entertainment value, as a joke, or for fun.
Author Resource:- Some spy phone software programs are extremely refined and offered by reasonably highly regarded companies; but unfortunately the bulk of offers come from unreliable people or other kinds of shady characters making false promises. For added advice pertaining to mobile phone monitoring, consider following this link: Phone Monitoring or Information about Mobile Spy. Not only is Parental Monitoring permissable, and Employee Monitoring acceptable, they are essential. If not legally, then morally and ethically; due to the fact that parents and employers are empowered to lesson tragedy and liability that issue from mobile phone misuse or the need for protection. With authority comes obligations.
