- Churches. Die Wieskirche, otherwise known as the "Church in the Meadow", is a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site. The architecture follows the Bavarian Rococo design and is definitely worth the side trip. Ettal, a neighboring town of Füssen, also has a beautiful abbey church and a monastery that are worth seeing. - Hohes Schloss. Füssen has its own castle in Hohen Schloss, a late-Gothic castle that once served as the summer residence of the bishops of Augsburg. Some of the must-see things in the castle are the Knights Hall and the Swabian Artwork (which were made between 1400s and the 1700s).
- Benedictine Monastery of St. Mang. The monastery was built in the 9th century and has Baroque architecture. Several stories revolve around the monastery of the patron saint of Füssen, particularly those involving St. Mang himself. The monastery is also the home of the oldest preserved fresco in Bavaria. The FüssenHeritage Museum can also be found within the monastery itself.
- The Chapel of St. Anne. The Chapel of St. Anne is home to the macabre painting Totentanz (Dance of Death).
- Reichenstrasse. Reichenstrasse is essentially the shopping district of Füssen. Aside from shopping, you can also spend time there walking along the cobblestone paths to enjoy the scenic sights offered by Füssen.
